SHAREPOINT ADMINISTRATOR (RIAASC-21-0470-Z): Bowhead seeks a SharePoint Administrator to join our team in supporting the Army Sustainment Command (ASC) at the Rock Island Arsenal in Rock Island, IL. The SharePoint Administrator will be responsible for reviewing and granting user permissions, administering group permissions, working at site and collection SharePoint levels and creating various work flows. There are currently approximately 50+ site collections that each house 1 to 30 sub sites for which the SharePoint Administrator will be responsible for maintaining. Qualified candidates must have "super user" skills in SharePoint and be able to convey that knowledge and experience to others in a manner that is easy to understand for individuals of varying SharePoint knowledge. The SharePoint Administrator will also be called upon to serve as a "how to" help desk contact which will include instructing site administrators on how to create calendars, groups, pages, lists or anything related to their individual sites. The SharePoint Administrator will create work flows for various processes and as such must have prior experience creating work flows. The SharePoint Administrator may be called upon to work with developers in testing, modifying code and possibly rebuilding pages as needed. About this Contract: Bowhead provides Application Support to the US Army Sustainment Command at the Rock Island Arsenal, the home of U.S. Army logistics. The work our customers do in world-wide logistical support services has a direct impact on Soldiers in the U.S. and abroad.

Requirements • A BA/S is required in addition to at least one to three (1 - 3) years of experience in a SharePoint Administration environment is required • Must have had extensive experience with collections and administering SharePoint permissions • Prior experience performing content management in a SharePoint environment is required • Any knowledge of JavaScript/jQuery or HTML is beneficial but not required • Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts • Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must be able to maintain a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for admission to this location.
