The Indirect Channel team goals include expanding into new markets and growing revenue. In support of these goals, the Indirect Channel Program Operations support team member is the main point of contact supporting external business partners with processing requests for new accounts. Responsibilities include: • Processing external business partner requests for customer account creation/build • Mastering the internal business rules, processes and systems required to validate customer legal entity status • Demonstrating analytical skills required to investigate, research and make decisions based on findings
