Indirect Channel Program Operations Support Youll need to have: • Intermediate knowledge of Salesforce.com • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently, prioritize work independently and meet target cycle times (SLA) • Proficient Google Workspaces • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Collaborative and teamwork mindset Even better if you have: • Knowledge of Salesforce Communities Experience • Knowledge of the telecommunications industry • Intermediate to Advanced Knowledge of Salesforce Reporting What youll be doing: we know we have work because our customers value our high-quality communications services and teamwork enables us to serve our customers better and faster. The Indirect Channel team goals include expanding into new markets and growing revenue. In support of these goals, the Indirect Channel Program Operations support team member is the main point of contact supporting external business partners with processing requests for new accounts. Responsibilities include: • Processing external business partner requests for customer account creation/build • Mastering the internal business rules, processes and systems required to validate customer legal entity status • Demonstrating analytical skills required to investigate, research and make decisions based on findings
