Job Details

This position is responsible for implementation of capital improvements across both facilities in Romeoville and Chicago. The role requires the ability to work across multiple functions including Operations, Maintenance, IT, QA, R&D and Finance.

Must haves;
  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering field.
  • Familiar with FDA regulations, GMP, BRC/SQF, and OSHA safety regulations.
  • Strong budget and capital project management experience including equipment purchasing and procurement.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across functions and to lead/influence hierarchy, peers, and individuals not in their direct control.
  • Exceptional level of communication, problem-solving, leadership and analytical skills
  • Engineering experience within food manufacturing
