This is an opportunity to earn cash quickly and learn a new skill or use your current warehousing skills while enjoying a popular set of perks that includes a great productivity bonus and a great working environment.WORK LOCATION: Romeoville, ILPAY: $14 per hour – Plus a Productivity bonus per hour (+10cents for every % point over 100 up to 150% or $5.00)STARTING SHIFTS: 4pm to 12:30am – Sunday thru Thursday (40 plus hours per week)Summary of Job: To work in one of 3 functions (Picking, Packing, and Shipping)Job Duties:
Loads and unloads product to and from delivery vehicles and designated storage areas
Reads production schedule, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed
Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence, such as: size, type, style, color, or product code
Fills requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distributes items to production workers or assembly line
Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves, or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department
Arranges stock parts in specified sequence for assembly by other workers
Requirements:
Minimum 1 to 3 months of related warehouse and or order picker experience
Ability to perform duties such as counting, adding, subtracting for inventory
Ability to complete duties, lifting to 30-lbs, Standing, Walking and Bending. Pushing a Cart.
Ability to follow and understand written and verbal instructions which call for multiple different actions based upon product titles/descriptions, product quantities, product sizes, shipping codes, product identification codes, and similar information.
