- Distill and analyze complex, enterprise level business challenges and to transform those challenges into succinct, written business, functional, non-functional, and transitional requirements
- Drive business analysis requirements and project situations, recommending changes to existing systems, processes and methods to address business needs
- Decomposing high-level business and user requirements into functional requirements, specified in an appropriate level of detail and in appropriate forms
- Function as a key member of a cross functional team to assist with defining and executing on delivery and implementation plans
- Work with IT internal teams to optimize workflow and ensure tasks defined in the project plan are understood and executed
- Support organization by providing recommendations for improvement of departmental processes and identification of new processes to improve department operations and activities.
- Escalate project roadblocks to Business Line and Program Management Leadership
- Lead initiatives, projects and assignments from inception to completion
- 5-7 years of related experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Equally proficient in both the business and technology areas.
- Have the ability to plan, organize, and structure work.
- Showcase good analytical and evaluative skills in tasks.
- Ability to multitask.
- Good interpersonal skills.

- In addition to a having experience in, or having a solid understanding of business processes, a Business Analyst must also possess advanced computer skills, including experience in programming, data handling and manipulation, systems analysis and design.
- A bachelor's degree in business, information systems or computer science is preferred, although relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree at management's discretion. An advanced degree is a plus.
