Gauge billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness, acquiring missing or correct data when necessary
Form financial controls and procedures
Review, process, and evaluate bills or invoices for services rendered
Operate closely with other functional teams to certify data quality and consistency
Requirements
Bachelor's (BA/BS) degree in accounting or finance- Data entry, document management, file creation and previous records experience required
Strong expertise in spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems
Coordinate Logistics experience desired
Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing
