Position Description:Position Summary: The summer intern will support the MB Human Resource Department with multiple projects and administrative functions.Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Creating standard procedures around a number of HR Initiatives.
Creating reports and analyzing data
Provide support to additional HR functional areas as assigned
Refine the Global Onboarding Program and finalize standard process for ensuring it is being followed
Work with HRIS team to organize and update HR SharePoint site
Create employee experience documents around the assignment process working with International locations
Other projects or duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:Required Skills and Experience:
Senior year in College
Have worked in an HR Department with basic HR Knowledge
Possess and exhibit a strong and genuine interest in working with people and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills and detail-orientation a must
Forward thinking and ability to be agile within a workplace
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
Computer savvy, with experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Power BI)
Excellent follow-up skills with the ability to complete assignments and projects to completion
Ability to research given topics
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Superior professionalism, reliability and flexibility is critical
This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Concentration in Human Resources, Business or Marketing strongly preferred
Visio or similar program
Proficient in Excel and comfortable managing and scrubbing large data sets
Experience working with Power BI
Ability to work with and interpret data
