- This role is part of a new Center of Excellence being built to support the implementation and management of Loan Origination through nCino across several lines of business

- Liaison with Business Units to gather business, functional and technical requirements for new initiatives
- Work with IT internal teams to optimize workflow and ensure tasks defined in the project plan are understood and executed
- Ensure overall compliance with the Enterprise Project Management Office's (ePMO) project governance framework
- Function as a key member of a cross functional team to assist with defining and executing on delivery and implementation plans

- Create and manage JIRA stories in collaboration with developers throughout the SDLC process
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5-10 years working in a financial services environment with special emphasis on coordinating business, functional and technical requirements and/or project management across large cross functional teams, programs or projects
- 3+ years working on the Salesforce CRM Platform
- nCino experience desired
- 3+ years working with JIRA
- Salesforce Administrator Certification a plus
- Advanced knowledge of general IT, and Business Operations
- Must possess solid leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
- Advanced knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
- Exposure to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including Agile and Scrum Methodologies
- Must have working knowledge of business productivity tools like Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point, and Visio.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, must be able to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical people
- Ability to create and manage JIRA user stories throughout the SDLC process following AGILE methodology
