- Possess strong organizational, communication, critical thinking and business analysis skills, with prior experience in product management and Salesforce highly preferred (via previous experience delivering a multi-year, phased implementation, Salesforce Administrator coursework and / or Salesforce Certification)
- Be adept at building and leveraging internal networks, conducting end user research and assessing business functions / procedures to align Salesforce capabilities to target end user experiences
- Document functional requirements via JIRA user stories, including supporting current and target state workflows, data definition and mapping, and dashboard and reporting related requirements
- Effectively lead and shepherd product deliverables through all phases of the agile software development life-cycle, including discovery, prioritization, requirements analysis, grooming and approval, user acceptance testing coordination and completion, production smoke-testing and sign-off
- Inform the broader product change management strategy, through end user communication and training development and delivery, functional support and technical support escalation, user feedback and adoption
- Coordinate and perform business administration tasks and ad-hoc analyses regarding operational issues in the continued care and feeding of the platform
- Demonstrate a highly consultative, service-oriented approach in working and collaborating effectively across all levels of the organization, leading meetings, proposing forward-thinking approaches, documenting agreed-upon decisions and driving key follow-up actions to resolution
- Excel at identifying opportunities to both establish, evolve and document cross-team operating procedures, institutionalizing these improvements via coaching in day-to-day cross-team interactions
- Relentlessly seek-out channels to engage in Salesforce platform learning, including participation in Salesforce Communities, remaining on top of Salesforce Release Readiness webinars, sitting through Trailhead and classroom related training, attending virtual or live Salesforce conferences, with an eye toward disseminating knowledge cross-team
- Leverage the best of the organization's relationship with the Salesforce Account Team by suggesting meaningful opportunities to partner with Salesforce Product and Industry expertise to advance the Enterprise Salesforce Strategy
- Exhibit comfort in leading all levels of projects from high profile to tactical updates and leading multiple efforts at one time, with the ability to shift priorities quickly
- 5-7 years related work experience in financial services industry, systems, and/or data management.
- Salesforce certification, coursework and / or previous implementation experience preferred.
- Strong business analysis skills in Agile framework required.
- College Degree in related area preferred but not required.
- Proficient user of the Microsoft Suite of productivity tools: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio, with familiarity in Power BI and interest in reporting / analytics desired
