Execute laboratory operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives Streamline and organize laboratory processes Manage laboratory utilization. Participate in detailed planning of laboratory utilization and manage the implementation as applicable. Manage sample and chemical inventories- labeling, receipt, supply Manage electronic lab notebook organization, templates, best practices and compliance Manage document and track laboratory review Develop and maintain group training plan, records and, inventory Manage laboratory EHS & quality Inspection and audit readiness Scheduling and coordination of instrumentation and equipment ( qualification and maintence schedules) Participate in lab related investigations that correspond to atypical or out-of-specification/out-of-trend test results or equipment related excrusions. Demonstrate ability to anticipate risks, issues, and opportunities, and collaborate with team to devise mitigations and solutions.

Qualifications. Communicates effectively with stakeholders at various appropriate levels of detail and escalates effectively, when needed. Ability to organize complex information and demonstrated attention to detail. Demonstrates Quality and compliance oriented accomplishments. Utilize a logical, methodical approach in independently solving problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations. Possess basic understanding of analytical chemistry including theoretical knowledge and practical experience. Possess strong time management and project management skills. Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment. Willingness to work across multiple time zones. Contribute to efforts beyond own scope of responsibilities to ensure project milestones are met. Required knowledge and application of analytical chemistry (e.g., wet chemistry, chromatography, and spectroscopy). E&L testing knowledge a plus. Project management such as applying tools for planning, metrics, and meeting coordination. Good knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, table and graph generation, and use of applicable computer software. Working knowledge of industry regulations ISO, MDR, ICH, GxP, USP, or other regulated environmentsEducation and/or Experience. Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years, Master's degree in chemistry such as analytical or organic chemistry with at least 3-5 years, or PhD with 0-3 years' experience in relevant discipline
