echnical Support Specialist you would work as a part of a dynamic team involved with providing technical support and issue resolution to internal and external customers which may include users of all types and skill levels. Responsibilities may also include security access processing, ID tracking, maintenance of reporting logs, password reset assistance, PC hardware/software inventory checks and stocking of spare parts as well as more advanced troubleshooting and support. Job Responsibilities- Provide production support to OPTUM360 clients through incident management portal
- Understand, Analyze and Triage complex customer and production issues
- Follow standard operating procedure to escalate urgent issues where appropriate
- Collaborate cross functionally with Data Services, Contract Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, Product and Delivery teams.
- Develop and implement new procedures for addressing production support.
- Work with partner teams to improve product quality and overall improvement of the customer experience
- Address system incidents with production environment
- Facilitate and coordinate client meetings and weekly calls
- Build strong relationships and partnerships with client to improve customer service
- BS or BA from an accredited University or College
- 1+ years of experience using SQL
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office outlook, Excel and Word
- Must reside within a commutable distance to Schaumburg, IL; Austin, TX; or Washington, DC
- Excellent communication skills with leadership, peers and your team members and superior collaboration skills
- Strong critical thinking and logical troubleshooting experience
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics
- Ability to build strong relationships and partnerships with your peers and leadership
- You will be asked to perform this role in an office setting or other company location.
