Join us and together we will drive the future of health care.This is an exceptional opportunity to do innovative work that means more to you and those we serve at one of America's leading health benefits companies and a Fortune Top 50 Company.Preferred Office Locations:Indianapolis, INMason, OHRichmond, VAMidland, GADenver, COOpen to Anthem office locationsJob Summary:Responsible for the execution of Benefits on the WGS (WPD & SPIDER), ACES & CHIPS platform and the delivery of SBC/SOB/EOC documents within Enterprise Benefits Administration (EBA) and accountable for Benefit Design consulting and participation in customer facing activities for early engagement in benefit definition, production support, pre-production audit and quality assurance.Primary duties may include but are not limited to:

Monitors progress and quality of the migration, and adjusts schedule and strategy as needed to support business goals.

Ensures the identification of all resources and knowledge bases needed are available.

Provides leadership to develop an overall approach to improve benefits and document generation, end-to-end design, development, execution and quality through a Center of Excellence delivery model for building a common set of capabilities across the enterprise and improving core competencies around benefits administration.

Builds common standards, practices and procedures to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of benefits administration.

Oversees inventory management especially during peak periods as related to Benefit Administration.

Partners with business leaders to translate strategic direction into defined initiatives and tactical activities.

Collaborates with IT to develop technology solutions to meet business objectives.

Develops, produces and communicates Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track performance.

Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.

Requires a BA/BS in a related field.

10+ years of experience with deep and extensive business knowledge, including operations, product knowledge, sales processes, underwriting, familiarity with IT and EPMO processes, including 5 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience

Any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

WGS, NASCO systems experience preferred for internal candidates.

Benefits Administration Systems experience.

Healthcare industry experience required.

MBA preferred.

Ability to travel maybe required.
