Office365 Lead Application Developer The Application Lead Developer will be responsible for assisting in the creation and maintenance of our O365 development standard operating procedures and best practices and will participate as a technical expert in software design, coding, testing, and debugging with new or existing applications. The Developer will also provide technical advice and guidance with a focus on Power Platform, SharePoint Framework, and O365 Collaboration services and should be able to work well with co-located and distributed team members, including vendor resources. Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree and 5 or more years of experience in the Software Programming Applications areaOR
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 or more years of experience in the Software Programming Applications areaOR
- Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 5 or more years of experience in the Software Programming Applications areaAND
- Experience assisting with design, coding, benchmark testing, debugging and documentation of programs
- Experience working with multiple phases of software systems programming applications
- Experience working with multiple programming languages
- 2 or more years of hands-on development experience using Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Framework (SPFX), SPFX Web Parts, and O365 Collaboration Services
- Experience working with all phases of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience working with multiple programming languages and tools including .Net, MS Azure, C#, ASP.Net, SOA, REACT, Web Parts, PowerShell, SQL, HTML, JSON, CSOM, REST API, JavaScript, and Azure Dev Ops
- Experience with Microsoft O365
- Insurance Industry Experience
- Experience leading a group of developers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in an 'Agile' environment
- Results oriented
- Negotiation skills
