Looking for a Manager well versed in web development technologies and healthcare industry background to join our growing team in a leadership capacity. Please describe the team the candidate will be working with - how many members and what is the break-down of the teams skill sets
Overall team size is 100+. Managers role will be to work cross functionally across the team to support the team in their project deliverables. Will be the main person to manage the relationship with Product Owners and Business partners as well as lead the team to a successful product delivery. Need to be experienced in working in Agile. What does the ideal candidate background look like:Ideal candidate will have a web technology background in healthcare domain. 3-5 years leading/managing a team and would have prior experience managing direct reports. What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position? - IT product delivery- Team management and support - Set/Drive team goals towards meeting Agile MBO metrics - Partner with business to drive product roadmap - Participate in product capability discussions - Conflict & escalation resolutions - Vendor managementWhat skills/attributes are required At least 3-5 years managing an IT delivery team of at least 4 members At least 3 years experience managing a multi million portfolio Experience working in a large cross functional team/organization At least 3 years experience with Product roadmap management Experience with Azure commercial cloud or equivalent technologies What skills/attributes are preferred Experience in healthcare domain Web technology development, : React, Angular, Azure Technical background (prior experience with hands on development, architecture) Azure certified What are the work hours? 9 am - 5 pm.
