Job DescriptionCACI is seeking a Program Manager professional to join our team at Scott AFB, IL. You will have an important role in providing much needed support to the Headquarters Air Mobility Command Surgeon’s Medical Readiness Division working within the Medical Readiness Logistics Program as the Patient Movement Item (PMI) Program Manager which supports the global Aeromedical Evacuation mission. This contract reinforces CACI’s position as an industry leader in supporting operational and technological needs of the federal logistics community.What You’ll Get to Do:

Support all facets of management, performance, and execution of projects, tasks, or delivery orders supporting the USTRANSCOM and Air Mobility Command Surgeon’s PMI program.

Manage 53 or more contract PMI personnel working within PMI warehouse locations across CONUS and at OCONUS locations.

Will assist with ensuring medical readiness and medical logistics dimensions of the global mobility mission are met through effective process development and policy design.

Will provide advice and counsel on targeted medical equipment procurement and Equipment Life Cycle Sustainment and Management.

Maintain oversight of over 90,000 equipment items valued at over $290M, and growing.

Ensure equipment quality control to assure inventory and maintenance accuracy and accountability.

Develop and present briefings, white papers, and program status reports related to the contract.

Assist the government with establishing and implementing strategic, tactical and operational program plans which will have significant impact on the achievement of project results, and which may require substantial development of new processes, systems, or standards.

Assist in planning for AE operations for contingency operations.

More About the Role: This position seeks a self-starter with a strong work ethic, sound program management skills and possesses a strong attention to detail that can help our operations continue to run smoothly. You'll Bring These Qualifications:

Ability to pass a favorable National Agency Check with Local Law and Credit (NACLC) prior to start date , Also have the ability to obtain a DoD SECRET Security Clearance after start date.

MBA in Logistics Management or related field, or 10 years Medical Logistics experience in lieu of a degree

Ten years of specialized Air Force or Army Medical Logistics experience, which will include supervision and overall operational responsibility for medical logistics functions

Be an authority on planning, programming and execution of fiscal and human resources; be knowledgeable of Capabilities Based Planning and concept generation; be versed on medical equipment procurement and acquisition activities; and, be experienced in USAF MEFPAK processes.

Comprehensive understanding of medical WRM/HSMR program management.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

An Active DoD Secret Clearance

A PMP Certification or DoD equivalent ​

Medical Logistics Functions to include general medical supply activities, ordering, receiving, customer support, inventory management, warehousing and operation of various materiel handling equipment, and biomedical equipment maintenance functions
