DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Coordinateparts distribution through the CMS systemManagesthe supply crib stock using the CMS system including replacement inventoryEntersnew supply crib items into the Supply Crib and MP2 system or current SupplyCrib SoftwarePMcoordination including issuance, scheduling through production, follow-up tocompletion and system entryWorkorder coordination to system proceduresCoordinateasset information both active and obsoleteComputerizedmaintenance system tracking and reporting as neededResearchesand crosses items from manufacturer to manufacturer (technical disposition) inorder to resource stock crib stock itemsAttendmeetings as needed to communicate statusReportingas assignedOrganizes outside contractors as needed for PMor other service workWorkwith outside vendors to identify and source partsSupportfor supply crib PPE and parts distributionResponsible to keep all crib systems operatingMaintains the plant computerized HVAC systemFollowall plant safety policiesKeepswork area clean and organizedCoordinatesassistance from supply crib attendants and facilitates in their developmentForkliftcertifiedBackupfor the Maintenance Parts CoordinatorREQUIREMENTS:Proficientin the use of computers – requiredUse ofMicrosoft Word, Excel – requiredProficientat typing – preferredUse ofMicrosoft Outlook – preferredUse ofMP2 – preferredProficientat using Fork Trucks – required3 yearsexperience as Maintenance Mechanic – preferredEducationand/or Experience:Highschool diploma or equivalentTechnical/VocationalTraining Certificate in Plumbing, Welding, Electrical, Hydraulics &Mechanical preferred3 yearsexperience as Maintenance Mechanic preferredEqual Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled
