This is accomplished through building on our core values of patient/client satifaction, accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement which are the foundation for our unique culture.Position SummaryLead Hand Therapists (LHT) oversee aspects of their respective Hand Therapy Service Line within a designated territory to ensure the quality of education is high and that a best in class program is delivered to clinicians, referral sources and the community. They report directly to the Vice President of Clinical Operations (VPCO) as it relates to their hand therapy and operational role. The LHT works collaboratively with the Hand Therapy Regional Coordinator to build sustainable resources the Hand Therapy Service Line can use in local markets.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with the development of a program curriculum and educational criteria in order to deliver consistency within the service line and substantiate a specialst designation.
Lead local territory service line meetings (assisted by the Hand Therapy Regional Coordinator and local operations team).
Drive the mentorship program for current and new specialists entering into the service line.
Ensure scalability and reproducibility of service across the territory.
Promote service line both internally and externally.
Work with the Hand Therapy Regional Coordinator and local operators to develop, coordinate, execute Best Practice concepts.
Assist the Hand Therapy Regional Coordinator in collaboration with Resource Center departments to develop collateral material and appropriate company branding for promotion and education of service.
Coordinate and assist in execution of quarterly sales meetings with local operational leadership to drive business

Education and Experience: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
High school diploma and Bachelor’s Degree required.
Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy required
Licensed to practice Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy in residing state required.
Active member in professional organization and those related to the specialty preferred.
Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Proficieny with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Ability to manage projects efficiently to meet deadlines.
