Technology ConsultantTechnology Consultants will identify alternate strategies for affordable, cost effective, and technically advanced systems development and provide recommendations to the TSA client. Technology Consultants will assist in research and development activities focused on improving existing or developing new products or procedures.This support includes communications and facilitation support, research and development/capability design support, technology foraging and scouting, engineering/technical reviews, and customer engagement support. Technology Consultants will execute analyses and management across the TSA enterprise, at office and program element levels leveraging both existing and to-be developed dashboards and other risk management and mitigation tools.Typical work products include independent assessments and recommendations regarding programmatic and budgetary interdependencies, critical paths, and technical constraints. You shall deliver briefings, analyses, white papers, point papers, oral assessments, related action items, and/or reports based on activities performed.Requirements:- BA/BS degree
- Ability to secure DHS Suitability
- Ability to support daily operational activities such as facilitation, problem solving, developing project and operational plans, communications, and recommending/developing processes and procedures.
- Ability to work independently to contribute to deliverables and may lead moderately complex efforts.
- Ability to contribute ideas to address mission requirements, contribute to project management plans, and work to adhere to project schedules.
- Ability to facilitate and coordinate through communication while engaging in the creation of deliverables or work products.
- Secret or Top Secret Clearance
- Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Secret or Top Secret Clearance
- Degree in Science, Engineering, or Technology discipline
- Advanced Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Power Point experience
- Experience in emerging technology monitoring and technical writing
- Demonstrated ability to ensuring the on-time completion of task deliverables and activities
- Program management expertise
- Experience in transportation industry-related emerging technology
