Position Details : Role Title: SAP SF-LMS SME

Role description: Bachelor's Degree ; 10+ years of consulting or industry experience with SAP HCM/ SF Learning Management (LMS) . Willingness and ability to undergo certification/training on SAP SF modules including ECP; Superior communications skills, both verbal and written; Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives; Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience; Up to 80% travel required based on business need; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel; Implementation experience using an Agile implementation methodology; Experience facilitating technical assessment workshops; Additional experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll is preferred.
