We are seeking for insured and best quality vendors with the experience to maintain or preserve vacant mortgage properties throughout the following states – PA, NY, MI, IL, NJ, WI.
Our services include but are not limited to:
- Lawn Maintenance & Snow Removal
- Board Ups
- Lock Changes & Lock Boxes
- Safety Hazard Abatement
- Minor Repairs (i.e. Gutter Repair/Replacement, Handrail/Replacement, Window
Re-glaze/Replacement, etc.)
- Major Repairs (i.e. Discoloration Remediation, Siding Repair & Replacement, Full Demolition etc)
- Eviction Services
- Roof Repair, Replacement & Tarps
- Winterizations
- Prepare Bids & Reports.
We do make sure that our vendors are satisfied by paying them weekly basis and now we also started a payment plan if your due is worth more than $100 and if the jobs are completed properly as per the client requirements, we make sure the payment is done within 48 hours. All contractor will be paid $15 rush fee if the job is completed within 24 hours after assigning.
