Experience: 12+ years of experience

Top - 3 Skills:
  • ERP Program Management Experience. (Prefer Infor M3 )
  • Seasoned resource, 12+ years combined as a Program / Project Manager).
  • Lead at least one complete ERP implementation. Preferably M3 but SAP, Oracle, etc.

Qualifications:
  • Work experience managing geographically distributed and culturally diverse work-groups
  • Experience in working with outside service providers, consultants and contractors
  • Minimum of 12 years work experience with IT processes and systems
  • Minimum of 12 years of relevant IT Program / Project Management Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline and equivalent work experience and training
  • PMP Certification and Infor M3 or other ERP Implementations Preferred

Position Summary:Reporting to the Director of Project Management and Business Analysis, will work with both Business and IT teams to manage and deliver a cross-functional portfolio of IT Projects. A strong Program Management / Project management background, with experience implementing solutions in the waterfall and agile environments is preferred. Primary responsibility is to manage status, scope, schedule, budget, issues and risks across the project

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensures alignment of subordinated projects with business objectives.
  • Prioritizes and works with IT and the business to assign shared resources to project components based on priority.
  • Assesses and monitors the projects’ business and financial performance.
  • Monitors project component relationships and dependencies, as well as overall integration and issues resolution.
  • Provides guidance and direction to Project Team with regard to overall program delivery.
  • Helps to facilitate timely issue resolution.
  • Provides status at the Project level as required.
  • Manages the day to day aspects of the Project
  • Manages integration, scope, time, cost, quality, project resource management, communication and risks for the project.
  • Escalates as needed
  • Manages and accurately reports to Steering Committee
  • Manages to contract terms
  • Manages and facilitates timely issue resolution
  • Manages and facilitates timely change management resolution
  • Ensures Project Life Cycle (PLC) and standards are followed by the entire team.
  • Reviews all project documentation to ensure it adheres to the agreed upon business requirements and project scope.
