Compliance Coordinator - FuelDepartment: FleetLocation: Union, ILSUMMARY OF POSITION:Responsible for supporting the Fleet Compliance team in the administration of the fuel management program.-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:-

Daily administration of fuel software.

Produce all reports as needed using the Comdata web portal, Zonar Telematics web portal and INTREN-s ERP.

Collaborate with purchasing and operations teams to ensure fuel cards, tanks, and mobile fueling is adequately planned for and scheduled.

Supports process improvements where possible.

Uses analytical tools and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.

Support the Corporate Fleet team on special projects.

Maintains various database files and data/reports in the Company-s ERP and Fuel systems.

Assists with vehicle/equipment upfit preparation.

Help manage DOT vehicle inspection program.

Serves as backup for all members and responsibilities of the Fleet Compliance team.

Completes other duties as assigned.

-DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:-

High school degree or equivalent. Some college preferred.

Effective analysis/problem-solving and decision making.

Proficient in Microsoft programs including Word and Excel.

Experience with Vista Viewpoint or similar ERP system preferred.

Basic understanding of construction vehicles and equipment preferred, but not required.

Must be highly organized, able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet varying deadlines.

Excellent customer service skills.
