NoEmail a FriendSaveSaveApply NowPosition Summary:The Office Coordinator works with leadership, nurses and providers to ensure efficient office operations and to assure that administrative, departmental and patient needs are met.Qualifications:EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS Associates Related Field or Two years Healthcare experience in lieu of degree. CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS BLS or acquire within 30 days EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Two (2) years Related Field OTHER REQUIREMENTS Extensive experience with MS Office specifically EXCEL and WORD. Must be experienced in spreadsheet maintenance. Good understanding of various healthcare software applications and computer hardware. Strong verbal/written communication skills. Exceptional Organization skills.Essential Functions:

Ensures that data required for clerical, quality and billing operations are entered/communicated.

Completes provider scheduling on QGENDA.

Completes prior authorizations.

Coordinates day-to-day operations as delegated, including, but not limited to: phone management/voicemail; staff and patient scheduling, rescheduling patients; database entry; preparing basic data reports; supply ordering, supply stocking/maintenance, maintaining education supplies; securing rooms for meetings, workgroups, conferences; preparing and disseminating meeting agendas and minutes; prepping for morning huddle/update staffing board.

Hours may vary depending upon census and program need.

May perform basic rooming, patient vitals, and EPIC documentation for patients.
