The Acute Care Medical Surgical RN Manager is responsible for shaping the long-term strategy of the service line and implementing process improvement initiatives to achieve departmental goals. The ideal candidate has acute care leadership experience and is ready to support the team however needed. The Nurse Manager of Medical Surgical will be a strong mentor to a dedicated team of Registered Nurses and support staff to improve the patient experience across assigned units.
