- Business Systems Administrator on any of the following Applications: Changepoint, Zuora, Emptoris, Ensim/Cloud Blue, Spark (This includes, but not limited to upgrades, patches, tuning performance, ensuring users are able to access through SSO, preparing the systems for disaster recovery as well as working with the support team to troubleshoot application related issues)
- Provide technical support to Business Users, Application Development and Business Analyst teams for daily Non-Production & Production Applications
- Troubleshoot performance & tuning issues for Applications
- Provide technical and functional support for applications that team directly supports
- Create and update technical documents such as architect diagrams, interface diagrams and other system, upgrade and patching
- Provide our Compliance team with audit evidence as requested
- Perform licensing audits as requested by management
- Coordinate with the development team for deployments, and perform those deployments
- Manage the refresh process and update the restore script as required
- Identify and troubleshoot issues in a timely fashion
- Analyze performance of systems and report any trends to management
- Assist the Support team with SSL Certificate renewals Assist CDW with any application tasks necessary but not defined above to support projects and production effort
- Provide 3rd party software Application and Web Server support of PC hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Maintain user accounts and security rights/permissions
- Participate in the evaluation of packaged software products and upgrades
- Participate in the analysis and resolution of business needs related to packaged software
- Provide information on monitored performance, major issues, proactive maintenance/repairs needed, etc.
- Communicate with all affected users when a problem with a major system exists and follow-up when problem is resolved
- Work with developers, the infrastructure team, the Help Desk, and/or coworkers as necessary to resolve open issues or research performance problems
- Document processes and procedures
