Job Description
The
Counselor – Living Well reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.Responsibilities:- Providing individual counseling to children, teens and adults impacted by a cancer diagnosis
- Facilitating support and networking groups for children, teens and adults
- Assist with development and implementation of psychosocial support programs that directly support the strategic plan and vision of Living Well Cancer Resource Center.
- Participate in development and execution of process and quality improvement initiatives and track outcomes and productivity.
- Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Required:- Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work
LPC-Licensed Professional Counselor
LCSW-Licensed Clinical Social Worker
- 3 years of experience in Counseling or Social Work
- CPR – Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
- Bi-lingual
