Responsible for securing and maximizing system-wide contract compliance as it relates to group purchasing agreements, as well as locally negotiated contracting. This role will oversee and validate financial and utilization impact and make recommendations to various department leaders on behalf of the Materials Management department. The position will report up to the System Director of Supply Chain and work in alignment with system-defined goals and objectives. The role will also have governance over and support all Evidence-Based Value Analysis Committees and establish system wide agendas. This role also has oversight over the purchasing, sourcing and materials management data management teams. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Required Education, Skills and/or Experience:
Minimum of four years of healthcare supply chain experience
Experience with Microsoft Excel developing routine spreadsheets
Preferred Education, Skills and/or Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
Experience with Spend Compass, Spend Analytics and/or IMS
