Building Maintenance Director / Environmental Services Manager

Job Description

• Ensuring that all maintenance activities/projects in the facility are appropriately carried out
• Keeping a record of all maintenance and service activities conducted
• Complying with all safety norms and regulations set by IDPH and the industry

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum three (3) years’ experience in a medical setting, preferable a skilled nursing facility
• Must have excellent communication skills, written & verbal, to be able to interact with our employees and guests in the facility
