Education: - Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, MIS, and Mathematics, Engineering, Business or area of functional responsibility preferred, or equivalent 3 years of industry work experience

Duties: - The Compliance Analyst will be responsible for supporting cybersecurity remediation activities for (CAT-legacy) fielded products.

Participate in product security efforts including: - Asset identification, asset remediation disposition, risk assessment activities and product remediation support. - Research formal documentation as it pertains to asset management process identified by the Senior Security Compliance Analyst for Client (CAT-legacy) fielded products. - Participate in the cybersecurity remediation project planning and implementation efforts- Perform audit related activities such as DHF cybersecurity documentation and evidence gathering- Create, maintain, and continually improve documentation for product security compliance per the Cybersecurity Risk Management WI- Provide security knowledge and assist in identifying potential vulnerabilities and control measures applicable to fielded product- Develop product security compliance technical documentation for internal and external use- Develop technical expertise pertaining to product security and effectively transfer knowledge to business and IT team members- Perform detailed security risk assessments of Client (CAT-legacy) as directed- Facilitate product security remediation efforts to successful completion.

Required Qualifications: - Bachelors degree and 2+ years of industry work experience in information security, audit, compliance or related role. - Familiarity with security frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO27001, PCI DSS, SOX, SWIFT is a huge plus. - CISSP or other industry certifications desired.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the assessment of IT controls, applications, and processes- Support annual testing and verification of supporting evidence documents as required for compliance programs- Work with internal teams, internal and external audit / assessors- Identify compliance gaps and follow up on audit findings to ensure all deficiencies are remediated- Help develop and support exceptions, risks, and incident response processes- Cross-functional support across suite of Finance Compliance Programs: SOX, PCI DSS and SWIFT controls framework- Establish credibility and maintain strong working relationships with groups involved with privacy, security, and compliance matters.- Assess and routinely refine the auditing and monitoring program priorities to address and mitigate significant risks.

Non-Technical Skills: - Energetic team player with strong initiative, team orientation and good problem solving skills- Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously in a timely manner, and be able to meet assigned deadlines and service levels- Ability to listen, resolve problems, deal with unresolved issues, delays and unexpected events, and the ability to effectively communicate and maintain rapport with supported customers, stakeholders, control owners and internal teams. - Excellent communication (verbal and written), coordination and collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to write clear, concise business communication for multiple levels (management, technical, user).
