O365 Administrator Waukegan, IL Contract
- The associate should have good knowledge in two services out of these three services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams)
- Should have good communication skills and ITIL process / Leadership quality
- Should have done a client-facing role earlier
- Provide technical support for Office 365 platform.
- Train and mentor other team members to assist with Office 365 SharePoint support and administration.
- Resolve and act as escalation and coordination point for Teams incidents and problems related to escalations from the service desk and performs root cause analysis
- Service Health monitoring using MS 365 console and actively respond based on system alerts and notifications
- Requirements gathering for design, development, and deployment of a platform or product ensuring adequate resiliency
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and deliver Microsoft cloud solutions on Azure and Office 365 platforms
- Design and implement organization-wide Single Sign-On solution integration
- Test, troubleshoot, and work independently to resolve both customer issues and systemic problems
- Coordinate and collaborate with business application stakeholders and infrastructure teams to ensure successful upgrades, installations, or integration activities
- Apply understanding of the company's general business functions and systems to determine impact of system changes on the business and vice versa
- PowerShell scripting knowledge within Office 365 / Azure AD / Teams / SharePoint
- Mailbox restoration and review of litigation, security alerts
- Ensures that work complies with the organizations Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Infrastructure Change Control process, policies, standards, and procedures
- Able to function as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on OneDrive & Teams support and operations
- Work with partners to trouble-shoots, diagnose and resolve issues. Provide your technical expertise in finding the root cause
