Directly support the ePMO with project and program management staffing & onboarding, assignment tracking, and metric tracking.

Responsibilitiest

Assist with project management staffing-as-a-service that is run within the ePMO.t

May work directly with project owners to understand and gather high level project requirements.t

Will interact with ePMO, project owners, Total Talent in relation to project management staffing support.t

May also support project manager onboarding, transfers, offboarding in relation to requests for PC’s, phones, access, etc.t

May participate in Day 1 onboarding and overviews for project managers new to the organization.t

Working with the ePMO, may prepare and/or track to a master list of project/program manager assignments within Infrastructure, Architecture, and Security.t

Will collaborate with the ePMO project team on various team initiatives, as needed.t

May assist with project/initiative meeting logistics, such as scheduling conference calls, taking & sending meeting minutes, etc., as needed.t

As we would like to develop additional metrics and reporting, will be expected to work on problems of moderate scope requiring analysis of situations or data.t

Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.

Required Qualificationst

7+ years’ experience in having worked in an ePMO/PMO environment. t

Highly motivated with strong organizational and communication skills are a must.t

Ability to collaborate with others to complete assigned tasks.t

Intermediate to advanced skills in the O365 Suite, including SharePoint and PowerPoint.t

Working knowledge of Excel is a must, as the individual will be helping create and maintain metrics from Excel workbooks.

Preferred Qualificationst

Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, IT, Operations, Finance, etc.)t

Experience working within Information Technology a plus.t

Advanced Excel skills a plus.t

PMP Certification a plus.
