- IT Project Management experience is a must.
- The resource needs to be able to lead teams in developing and executing a project plan ensuring that authorized resources are obtained to make certain that all activities are performed.
- The resources also need to be able to assess the degree to which changes to scope, issues and risks will affect projects working with division or senior/executive management and sponsor to gain agreement for resolution.
- Communication skills are also critical.
- Finance experience is nice to have - the resource will be supporting financial planning projects.
- Collaborate/work with project sponsors, business units and users to identify project scope and focus, develop or monitor project initiatives, implement project requirements/plans/processes/tools, assign/guide/monitor project staff, and assure project success.
- Deliver quality project solutions to business problems or issues within defined budgets and/or timelines. Provide expert project guidance/support proactively through project completion. Provide tracking, reporting, and presentation to management and users.
- Candidate should have 7+ years' experience.
- The primary responsibility of this position is to lead and manage projects supporting our CORPORATE FINANCE, TAX, TREASURY, CUSTOMS AND AUDIT BUSINESS CLIENTS.
- This includes projects related to, but not limited to, General Ledger, Material Ledger, Project Accounting, Cost Accounting, Fixed Assets, Financial Planning and Analysis, Tax, Treasury, Audit and Customs.
- The IT Project Manager will lead projects that require collaboration with Business Partners and Information Technology teams to successfully deliver solutions and ensure value is achieved.
- The IT Project Manager will partner with Business Relationship Managers and external partners on the identification of business requirements and will strategize with enterprise leadership on the corporate back-office domain direction.
