Job Description
Receptionist:officially we title this job a Receptionist, but in other centers it may be called a Medical Receptionist.
The Receptionist attends to the needs of residents and visitors. The functions are similar to that of a “Welcome Desk” or Administrative Assistant. You are greeting guests, performing clerical tasks, health screenings, and managing the phone lines for a busy medical center.

Qualifications
What we need from you:
- Prior Experience as an AdministrativeAssistantin a Healthcare or Medical setting is preferable
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong PC skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required
- A true passion for working with the elderly population
- Ability to think on your feet, critically and creatively
