SAP RTR Functional Process Manager for one of our clients in

Waukegan, IL 60085.

Professional Experience:
  • 15+ Years of Global SAP ECC implementation project experience in Record to Report
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in SAP Material Ledger, Product Costing, Banking, New GL, Fixed Assets, Global Tax, Intercompany, Treasury, Controlling.
  • Possess solid knowledge and understanding of Business Processes /flows in RTR domain
  • Should have very good knowledge and working experience in the Software lifecycle process
  • Strong in all SAP RTR Master Data Objects and Financial/Controlling Management reports
  • Strong in SAP Cross applications domains – OTC, SCM and PTP
  • Must have Localization experience in APAC – Korea, China and Japan
  • Prior work experience in Life Science industry is required
  • Prior AbbVie or Abbott experience in the RTR Domain is preferred
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills is required
  • Should be able to work in APAC and US time zones is required.
  • Willing to travel to APAC.

Details:
  • Partner with business leads to drive necessary business decisions and process adoption
  • Assist/Support Business blueprint workshops, Gap Reviews, Risk Mitigation, Design Playbacks, Business process flow review workshops
  • Support end-to-end design and implementation of the solution or delivery methods and tools (including legal, statutory and regulatory requirements)
  • Support/ assist with resolution of Change Impact Tracker in conjunction with Business Users/Site Leads
  • Assess that IT solutions meet the needs of the business
  • Identify and communicate cross team dependencies, barriers, risks, and issues
  • Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional policies and procedures
  • Support business critical scenarios for Testing Plan
  • Coordinate and Map SAP roles along with Security team. Local site leads to make the final decision on the users being mapped to the roles.
  • Selective verification of Functional Unit Testing, Regression, Ver/Val, Day-in-the life testing
  • Assist IT during the creation of Global template for Data
  • Assist Business in defining Data cleansing, Transformation and Mapping rules
  • Assist in Knowledge Transfer to Supplier project team and Support team
  • Responsible for creation of User Accepting Testing scripts and execution
  • Responsible for User Acceptance Testing Post Execution Summary sign off
  • Responsible for capturing & managing business specific cutover activities
  • Support/Assist Global Process Leads in training- content creation. Support Train-The-Trainer
  • Assist with end user training as needed by attending select training sessions where possible to provide any feedback.
  • Assist and support cutover planning and execution
  • Be the 2nd or 3rd Line of Support and participate in hypercare issues, triage process to determine defects for post go-live defects escalation as outlined in the hypercare support model.
