Job Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking a Delivery Process Manager - Agile Coach for an opportunity with a client located in Westchester, IL.

Education:

Bachelor's degree highly preferred
CSP, CSM, CEC, PMI-ACP or equivalent certification

Experience:

7+ years technology or business portfolio /program/project management
3 years of Agile/Scrum
Experience with working with multiple Scrum teams
Experience implementing & executing Agile Practices required (Lean, Scrum, Kanban, SAFE etc.)
Kanban experience is a very nice to have

Responsibilities:

Understands enterprise strategy and ensures Agile practices are in alignment to support the organization
Assesses organization-wide agile practices and crafts coaching plans
Coaches teams and management towards improving agile processes and metrics
Understands end to end processes at a macro level across the enterprise and coach teams/individuals on how to align requests
Acts as a collaborative partner and coach, participating real-time to provide guidance to teams and team members as they overcome difficult challenges
Drives improvement through examples and practical experience, taught in a non-academic delivery style that encourages the adoption of agile non-technical and technical practices, improving execution, communication and concurrently building group skills and capabilities
