benefits companies and a Fortune Top 50 Company.PaymentIntegrity Transformation Director (Business Change Director)Will be representing the Program Integrity (PI) group
responsible for ensuring proper payments are made to legitimate providers for
reasonable services provided to eligible members. Will be on a team
of Business Representatives to work directly with senior leadership as well as
front line associates, and IT solutions teams that enable the business to drive
efficiency and compliance. Focus will be on including more cutting
edge technologies and capabilities including more technologically advanced
concepts including use of Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, as well as
best in class industry capabilities in both technology and Health Care domain.Responsible for working with management to identify and
implement varied projects, programs and plans that support achievement of
business unit and enterprise goals. Primary duties to include, but are not limited
to:· May specialize in one area of organization
effectiveness (planning, project portfolio, or culture/change) or be assigned
to directly support a business unit and ensures activities are aligned with
corporate strategy.· Act as an internal consultant to the business
areas to 1) Identify potential issues, project change, and scope data. Leads
efforts to identify best practices, and 2) Identify impacted parties, business
partners, and resources required.· Develops and designs plans, processes and
systems that support business needs and to improve performance to be
incorporated enterprise wide.· Designs methods for integrating functions and
processes.· Conducts cost/benefit analyses.· Builds support for business change throughout
the business unit.· Provides process, project, and change management
methodology coaching/consulting support to both local and enterprise wide
initiatives.· Provide regular feedback to management on status
and updates, as well as be willing to escalate when appropriate.· Provides expertise in process planning and
portfolio management activities.· Supports the execution of the Strategic
operating plan.Qualifications / General Competencies· Strong analytical skills, high attention to
detail, and proven ability to be an innovative problem solver.· Strong communications skills and ability to
present ideas in a convincing and compelling manner.· Persuade and influence others with effective
verbal and written communication.· Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field
(examples include Business, Health Care, Technology, Management Science, or
Operations Research)· 10 years managing mid to large-scale
change/project initiatives including knowledge of planning models and
methodology, project management and change management experience (strategic and
execution); or any combination of education and experience, which would provide
an equivalent background.· Agile, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe),
Confluence, JIRA experience preferred.· Experience in IT related projects preferred.· Master’s degree preferred.· PMP Certification or Project Management
Experience preferred.· Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or experience in DMAIC
methodology preferred.· Experience or exposure to use of Data Science,
