N & S Carolina, Maryland/ DC, Virginia, New Jersey, New YorkCandidate must be located in the East Region. This is not a remote location position.Responsible for leading and directing Regional Operations areas of a Medicaid Region in East Central or West. Oversight of the Health Plan operations strategies for the Region, as well as initiatives. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Oversees Health Plan Operational leads, as well as Regional Operations pillars, currently including:
1.Provider Oversight and Execution Team
2.Escalated Claims Complaints and compliance
3.Health Plan Ops Reporting and Analytics
4.Operations Execution and Audit
5.Pricing / Benefits / Configuration
6.Alliance / State Mandates
7.WGS
Serves as Region liaison to Shared Services support functions including seven pillars
Interfaces with government key contacts at a regional level.
Understands and implements end to end process improvement for creative, durable solutions that meet State and customer expectations.
Engages with Implementation Management Office for project implementations of new contracts or initiatives
Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
