Network Administrator II Location: West Chicago, IL 60185 Duration: Full-Time/Direct Hire
Kelly Technology is currently recruiting for a Network Administrator to provide support for our clients networks and systems including Cisco switches/routers, O365 and Support of Active Directory, DHCP and DNS. The ideal candidate will be a team player, willing to step in and help out with end-user support if needed and have prior experience supporting Cisco Networking products and Windows Servers.Responsible for providing technical and administrative support to all systems and network related issues using operating systems, hardware appliances, and a variety of system applications. Work closely with the Network Manager and support tier 2 support tickets. Implement and maintain security related devices and applications.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Support all network equipment which includes switches and routers • Provide support to all security system applications • Support Active Directory, DHCP, DNS • Support both Fortigate and ASA firewalls • Document network changes in our ticket system • Assist with level 2 general support tickets • Support our O365 environment • Must be available for after-hours/weekend support • Assist with setting up iPads, RF equipment, and configuring switches and access • Create and maintain systems documentation • Provides friendly, courteous and quality systems support for all users • Perform other assigned dutiesTop Skills Cisco Switches, Routers and IOS MS O365 Support of Active Directory, DHCP and DNS Bilingual in Spanish & English is strongly preferred 4-5 years of experience in Systems Engineer or Network Engineer position Cisco ASA Minimum of 5 years of experience with Windows Server operating systems required Networking certificates a plus Veeam Backup and Replication VMware VMware VDI a plus FortiGate experience a plus Project management a plus Why Kelly ® ?By partnering with Kelly® Technology, you'll have direct connections to top companies around the globe-giving you the chance to put your tech skills to work on some of today's most intriguing, innovative, and high-visibility projects.
