- Create weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts and sales reports
- Help with basic CRM administrative tasks
- Work with Salesforce admin team to create required reports and configurations
- Lead the SOW and contracting process with customers
- Coordinate with Sofbang leadership and practice leads to finalize scope and estimations (i.e. LOEs and Staffing Matrices) for SOWs
- Manage calendar and appointments setting for VP of Client Engagement
- Assist Client Engagement team with research on key accounts, targets and high-ranking customers, contacts and prospects
- Perform research on key accounts, targets and high-ranking customers, contacts and prospects
- Schedule appointments with prospective targets
- Set up and manage a customer satisfaction program with routine CSAT surveys in order to help create a personalized customer experience
- Schedule monthly business reviews (MBRs) with all customers and stakeholders
- Support our partner programs (i.e. portal administration, joint GTM activities, qualifications, etc.)
- Arrange virtual and in-person events to drive more effective client engagement
- Liaison with Sales and Marketing teams to further nurture MQLs to convert them to SQLs
- Be a supporting arm to the Sales and Marketing teams, where/when necessary
- Support team to setup appointments and schedule discovery sessions
- Work with marketing team to create more case studies, references, customer stories, etc.
- Conduct additional persona/buyer analysis and market research, when necessary
- Proven client engagement administration experience
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Proficient in MS Office, including Office365 collaboration tools
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- At least 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area
