Job Description
The Patient Service Representative I consistently provides the highest level of customer service over the phone and in person. This position performs clerical functions in an accurate and timely manner which contributes to the efficient operation of the office. Performs basic office accounting functions.
Qualifications
Requirements: Minimum of one (1) year of medical office experience preferred. Previous experience with health insurance patient billing preferred. Education: Minimum: High School Graduate or Equivalent.
