A Electronic Manufacturing company in the Willowbrook area is looking for a Sales Engineer to join their team FULLY REMOTE! This role will involve supporting the sales team by interacting with customers, troubleshooting, diagnosing issues, and developing new prospects. Required Skills & Experience
- 2 years work experience in Sales or Customer Service
- Network connectivity skills
- Experience managing and analyzing data sets
- Strong critical and creative thinking to identify and resolve issues with products
- Ability to interact with customer personnel of all levels
- Understanding of Android architecture and operating system
- Strong Excel skills
- Must have strong Microsoft Office, verbal, and written communication skills
- Vehicle electrical systems and / or battery knowledge is a plus
- Tech troubleshooting
