Job Description

Learning Management System (LMS): Serves as the local Administrator of the LMS which includes LMS data entry, problem solving, and general support. Creates rosters, builds and enrolls groups to IMPACT days. Assigns New Hire Learning Plans, and evaluations for IMPACT and UBO. Assigns educational courses and/or live events to requested groups. Maintains required records in the LMS for participants in courses and generates reports as needed. Maintain course catalogs, calendars, rosters, records and schedules within defined conventions. Assists with LMS reporting requests. Troubleshoots LMS issues and escalate as necessary. General: Coordinates daily department operations including but not limited to purchases, invoicing, supply inventory, equipment troubleshooting, etc, as needed. Coordinates and maintains department reports, lists, standard documents, team sites and files. Serves as the Kronos timekeeper for the department. Serves as administrative support to the Professional Practice leadership team members. Independently plans and executes activities such as room scheduling, signage, catering, support staff and equipment, and preparation and distribution of notifications, in support of programs, projects and meetings as appropriate. Assists with program coordination by handling administrative details, follow-up, registration and preparation of appropriate materials. This may include setup and troubleshooting for issues before and after meetings and training sessions. Participates in efforts to reduce costs, streamline work processes, improve and grow services we provide. AA/EOE.

Qualifications

Required: Associate Degree in relevant field. 3-5 years of administrative support or project/program management experience. Demonstrated ability to multitask, use databases and technology. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or evidence of current enrollment and active progression to a Bachelor’s degree. Previous experience in hospital or related field. Familiarity with adult education. Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).
