- Bachelor degree in metrology, industrial, mechanical, electrical or electronics engineering (Or relevant experience)
- Six Sigma Black Belt preferred Experience:
- Minimum 5 years manufacturing experience
- Minimum 3 years in automotive manufacturing
- Minimum 5 years cumulative in Quality functions Personal/Technical Skills:
- Thorough understanding of Control Plans, FMEA's, Flow Diagrams and In-Process Inspection
- Thorough knowledge of GD&T, SPC, Gage R&R, and gage use
- CMM Operation after programs and set up are established
- Understanding of weld / assembly validation (cut and etch, push-out, torque, tensile test, etc)
- APQP, PPAP, MSA, Core Tools
- Thorough understanding of Problem Solving and Root Cause Analysis
- Detail oriented and able to work with minimal supervision
- Demonstrate strong leadership abilities.
- Demonstrate and model Hands-on, involved, Go-See approach
- Highly organized
- Strong Interpersonal communication skills
- Will have the ability to work schedule that allows completion of the job on a daily basis Language Skills:
- Able to clearly communicate in verbal or written forms and act as a liaison between Production and Quality
