Hotel Operations Manager (Bloomington, IN)

Looking for experienced, trained Ops Manager with IHG and Marriott/Opera and Fosse background or experienced team member. Must be able to work long hours, weekends, holidays. Must be able work 50 hours a week along with required desk shifts. Should be able to train and coach and counsel team members. Complete all required training. Help with all admin projects such as accounts payable, accounts receivables. Thoroughly check rooms while acting as Executive Housekeeping.
