Admin/Marketing/Digital/CEO's Assistant F/T ($34,000-$44,000 depending on quals and experience).
Service Team of Professionals (www.stoprestoration.com) is a national franchise company, headquartered in Bloomington, seeks multi-talent, high-service office assistant that fits our culture of honesty, high energy, teamwork and over-the-top service.

Be Microsoft Office PROFICIENT with high aptitude for software and apps.
Be able to solve problems, find solutions and finish tasks.
Be well organized and handle changes in schedule/priorities.
Glorious Duties:
Website/Social Management (Facebook, Linkedin posts, assist videos & blogs, etc.)
Digital Assets Management (Dropbox, Salesforce, etc.)
Assist in sales process (update spreadsheets, mailings, emails, charts, etc)
Potential travel for tradeshow support, company conventions, etc. (willing to fly)
Not-So-Glorious Duties:
Inventory Management maintain, organize, pack and ship promo items;
Office Supply Management (there is no magic fairy here that keeps us in pens and paper);
Help vacuum, dust and empty trash/recycling every now and then.
This is a two-person office (w/ other offices around the country). You will work directly with the president/CEO and help launch exciting, new initiatives, modernization and growth of this very established (recently acquired) company. We currently have franchisees in 20+ states.
Past experience that may serve this position well: Event Planner, Medical office work, small company employment.
