A client of ours in Carmel, Indiana has an immediate need for two Tier 1 Help Desk Analysts to join their team. These entry-level Help Desk Analysts should have a passion for IT and desire to learn and grow while building their career. This is a great job for someone who excels at coming up with creative solutions for technical issues. If you have strong problem-solving skills, a passion for IT, and a desire to make effective change within an organization, this might be the role for you!This Help Desk Analyst role is located in the Carmel, Indiana area and is a long-term contract / temporary to hire opportunity. What you get to do everyday/Primary Responsibilities• Work closely with Help Desk team to insure quick ticket resolution• Document, resolve, and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups• Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues• Troubleshoot Microsoft environment, able to work with and troubleshoot Office 365• Contribute IT support for productivity software, operating systems, and a variety of other applications used internally• Ensure great customer support Requirements • 0-1 year of hands-on experience, or relevant education (IT Certifications, Associate's, Bachelor's)• Great communication skills• Hands on knowledge/experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Office 365• Understanding of basic networking and server infrastructure concepts• Solid understanding of Remote Desktop Support• Strong familiarity with Hardware and Software Troubleshooting• Ticketing system experience, preferably with Spice Works• Experience in user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment is a plus Robert Half Technology matches IT professionals with remote or on-site jobs on a temporary, project or full-time basis.
