Location: Charlestown, IN Description: Our client is currently seeking a VOIP Engineer

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 6+ yrs of Infrastructure/ VOIP experience
  • 4+ yrs configuring phone systems with advanced expertise
  • Experience with the newest components of Avaya (Avaya Aura version 8- System Manager, CMS, call recording, SIP calls, Call flows, Vectors)
  • Experience with Verint is preferred, other transferable systems are okay (NICE, Aspect, Genesys)
