Position Summary:

TMH is currently going through a customer centric digital transformation to improve the digital touchpoints for associates, dealers and end customers. This position will take a practical approach to supporting Enterprise Architecture with a focus on advanced digital solutions that deliver a world-class, standardized end-customer experience. More specifically, as an Enterprise Integration Solution Architect, you will effectively lead cross-functional project teams charged with designing best in class Integration connections in order for critical data to be successfully passed between systems.

Essential Position Duties & Qualifications:

  • Responsible for enterprise integrations with multiple platforms.
  • Manage cross-functional product teams (SAP, digital experience, Dynamics 365, Telematics, EDM) in creation of cloud application products.
  • Drive architectural designs, cloud deployments, cloud migrations and Proof-Of-Concepts within Microsoft Azure computing environment.
  • Solid experience with a variety of modern technologies/approaches including microservices architecture, event-based architecture, containers, cloud-based deployments, REST/API first applications, mobile and web technologies.
  • Deep understanding of data platform and analytics technologies i.e. SQL, No-SQL, cosmosDB, database architecture, data governance, data analytics, Stream Analytics, Data Factory, Event Hubs and Notification Hubs.
  • Proven track record of cloud infrastructure implementations & operations, design & delivering PaaS solutions and highly distributed applications (i.e. having an architectural sense for ensuring availability, scalability and reliability)
  • Experience with all aspects of architecture, including mobile and web application design, data modelling and database design, security and infrastructure.
  • Strategic leader toward adoption of Enterprise Roadmap.
  • Oversight of Entire Orchestration Layer.
  • Key role in driving the company toward Enterprise Industry models (IoT, Industry 4.0, SOC-Type2).
  • Thought leader in platform architecture, system design and solution implementation.
  • Establish and enforce system architecture standards and best practices.
  • Complete comprehensive system analysis, hyper-scalar performance and cost optimization profiling and development of target to results mappings.
  • Effective communicator and presenter with excellent problem solving skills.
  • Ability to lead and influence.
  • Investigate and resolve system exceptions or anomalies including Performance, Quality, Cost and End User impacts.
  • Recommend remediation plans and objectives to address all identified root cause issues.
  • Facilitate rapid prototyping and design for new projects, solutions, and proof of concept initiatives.
  • Ability to quickly evaluate options, unlock enterprise challenges, make decisions and execute within an intense technology environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Communicate broad business initiatives and translate them into measurable objectives and concrete goals.
  • Experience working with vehicle telematics data and integration.
  • Experience on working with high volume data.
  • Validate proposals and align appropriately with business units for efficient and coordinated action.
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:

  • BS / MS degree / higher with 8+ years of experience or in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent with focus on connected systems.
  • APIM Experience; 2+ years
  • Knowledge of Azure Cloud Orchestration, Azure DevOps, SQL Database, IaaS/PaaS/SaaS designs
  • Extremely strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal, written and visual presentation skills.
  • Preferred Experience with .NET, MCVP, IoT, Network Security, Container based Designs.
