Role: RPA Business Analyst (UI Path)

Location: COLUMBUS (US:47201), IN

Duration : 6+ Months

Job Description: Over all 8-12 years of IT experience, with 5+ years experience in playing the role of a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) out of which 2-3 years of Min Exp using RPA (UiPath preferred) as a technology. Excellent understanding of business processes such as Finance, Supply chain, HR etc., with strong grasp of the underlying processes such as O2C, P2P, GL, AR, AP etc., in Finance, and the likes in SCM, HR etc., A strong RPA Business Analyst, who has designed RPAs based solutions in the past using UiPath/ Automation Anywhere/ BP. Responsibility of RPA SME & BSA will be to partner with IT Product managers and business users to develop end to end understanding of their process and map them into RPA based solutions - Hands-on experience on building and designing automation with input/output criteria, logic, error handling, scenarios etc. - Determine/Initiate access or storage prerequisites for the automation with IT/Business owners - Perform knowledge share with RPA Developer to ensure design and requirements are met - SAP experience will be added advantage. - Create test cases, data sets for unit, unit testing and business reviews - Facilitate business reviews and walkthrough with end users - Follow change control processes to ensure appropriate approvals are procured for production deployment - Coordinate testing and Sign-off from business users - Facilitate resolution of critical issues in production as needed Key responsibilities handled by RPA Business Systems Analyst, and UiPath Technical Lead: Work closely with the Customer Business teams to study their business processes and identify potential high impact RPA Use cases, and propose a Plan of RPA strategy. Identification and Gathering business requirements, build PDD (Process Description Document), and SDD (Solution Design Document) in detail on several technologies (RPA, BPM, Chatbot, OCR, AIOps and etc) Providing the solution proposal by checking the scalability of the RPA client architecture. Assist the team by providing insights from the documentations. Updating to RPA stakeholders and other team members during project deliveryBeing an RPA business analyst it is highly recommended to have strong at the following skills: Identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures. Collaborate with PM - Development - Support, other stakeholders Manage full life cycle implementations. Identify business opportunities to increase usability and profitability of information architecture. Experience with leadership, governance and change enablement. Lead workshops for client education.
