Job Description: Responsibilities:
  • Manage Highly visible, global and strategic, specific enterprise accounts and ensure highest.
  • levels of customer satisfaction with Mission Critical Support.
  • Identify key industry business process areas for opportunity to use the Salesforce platform.
  • Develop relationships with key business and IT stakeholders and become an expert on a customer’s implementation by understanding their top business goals and priorities.
  • End-to-End Customer Experience.
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) exhibiting the highest level of Expertise in providing.
  • Salesforce support.
  • Oversee and manage the resolution of critical technical issues, ensuring prompt and complete resolution of technical challenges and business issues.
  • Lead Technical Health Reviews and provide relevant technical recommendations on solutions and enhancements specifics to customers’ business needs.
  • Development of Business and systems requirements working with Cross Functional teams.
  • Help customers achieve their business goals and outcomes by providing timely, proactive recommendations that will benefit customers’ ongoing usage of Salesforce.
  • Serve as a Trusted Advisor; drive conversations with our customer's Business Stakeholders armed with best practices for enterprise architecture functions as Security, Performance, Development process, Release Management, and Application Governance.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot and problem-solving expertise.
  • Utilize knowledge and experience with object-oriented concepts and languages, database concepts and data management (RDBMS), AND SQL.
  • Utilize knowledge and experience with REST and SOAP web-based services, and WSDL interpretation, generation, and consumption.
Required Skills:
  • Salesforce Certified, Proficient in SQL/SOSL.
  • Proactive liaison and focal point into Salesforce Technology and Product teams and Technical Support Team.
  • Development of Business and systems requirements working with Cross-Functional teams.
Nice to Have Skills:
  • End-to-End Customer Experience.
