- Help customers achieve their business goals and outcomes by providing timely, proactive recommendations that will benefit customers’ ongoing usage of Salesforce.
- Serve as a Trusted Advisor; drive conversations with our customer's Business Stakeholders armed with best practices for enterprise architecture functions as Security, Performance, Development process, Release Management, and Application Governance.
- Analyze, troubleshoot and problem-solving expertise.
- Utilize knowledge and experience with object-oriented concepts and languages, database concepts and data management (RDBMS), AND SQL.
- Utilize knowledge and experience with REST and SOAP web-based services, and WSDL interpretation, generation, and consumption.
- Salesforce Certified, Proficient in SQL/SOSL.
- Proactive liaison and focal point into Salesforce Technology and Product teams and Technical Support Team.
